The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, with its invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories (if any). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

When sending the product to our address via a cargo company, the original box must be kept intact to prevent damage.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered by the buyer.

The refund will be made to your credit card within five (5) business days after we receive the product's original box undamaged and the invoice.
